AhnLab has enhanced the practical usability of its next-generation threat intelligence platform, AhnLab TIP, by introducing a new Custom Dashboard feature that better reflects real-world enterprise security operations.
AhnLab TIP now supports both its existing fixed dashboards and the newly added Custom Dashboard, allowing users to freely select and arrange dashboard elements according to their operational needs. Through widget-based configuration, security teams can build intelligence views optimized for their organization’s environment, monitoring criteria, and response priorities.
With the Custom Dashboard, security operators can configure and visualize a wide range of indicators provided by AhnLab TIP, including file-, IP-, and URL-based IOC threat trends; the latest activity reports by major APT groups and countries; alerts on newly identified or high-risk threats; and keyword-matching intelligence based on organizational relevance. These components can be tailored to align with internal workflows and monitoring standards, enabling faster, more intuitive threat awareness.
As a result, organizations can improve analysis efficiency and response speed while significantly enhancing the practical application of threat intelligence in day-to-day security operations.
Changhee Kim, Senior Director of AhnLab’s Product Management Department, said that monitoring priorities vary across organizations, making a one-size-fits-all intelligence view ineffective. He added that the new feature is expected to substantially improve how threat intelligence is utilized in environments where threats are growing increasingly complex.
AhnLab TIP is a security threat content portal built on AhnLab’s 30 years of accumulated proprietary analysis data, combined with AI-based threat intelligence collection, analysis, detection, and response capabilities. The platform integrates with AhnLab’s broader portfolio of security solutions and platforms to deliver comprehensive threat intelligence.
Over the past year, AhnLab TIP has provided a wide range of intelligence resources, including 2,258 threat intelligence articles, 661 security advisories, 2,216 security-related news clippings, 2,970 analyses of external reports, and 19,679 social-media-based threat trend posts. The platform also delivers tens of thousands of daily IoCs through one of the largest detection-and-response sensor networks in Korea, with approximately 30 percent of the data from AhnLab’s proprietary intelligence.
AhnLab plans to continue enhancing AhnLab TIP through UI and UX improvements and further advancement of AI-driven threat intelligence collection and analysis, to strengthen its competitiveness in the global threat intelligence services market.
