AhnLab’s PC security solution, V3, achieved certification with a perfect overall score in AV-TEST, a global evaluation of Windows antivirus product performance, in September-October 2025.
AhnLab (CEO Suk Kyoon Kang) participated in both the ‘Home User’ and ‘Business User’ categories of this evaluation, achieving a perfect score (6 points per item, 18 points total) across all criteria: Protection (malware detection capability), Performance (impact on PC performance during product execution), and Usability (false positive rate).
Furthermore, V3 was designated as a ‘Top Product’ by achieving top-tier results in both the Home User and Business User categories. AhnLab V3 has participated in the evaluations conducted in January-February, May-June, and September-October this year, earning ‘Top Product’ recognition on all three occasions.
V3 is the only PC security solution in South Korea that has consistently participated in AV-TEST since 2013 and received certification.
