RnPT Inc., which operates the foreign medical accessibility platform “KRACE,” has been officially selected as a Seongnam Medical Industry Partner. Through this selection, RnPT enhances digital-based medical accessibility for overseas customers by collaborating with medical institutions in Seongnam to offer hospital recommendations, reservation and payment support, interpretation services, and post-care services.
Seongnam City fosters medical tourism as a key strategic industry. According to official data from the Seongnam City Tourism Division, 49 institutions are registered for attracting foreign patients (23 medical institutions and 26 attraction agencies). The city also operates a pool of 82 medical interpreters across nine language groups to support foreign patients during consultations and provide tourism guidance.
KRACE targets English-speaking women in their 30s and helps them easily and reliably access Korean health checkups and dermatology-based K-health and K-beauty services. With its selection as a partner institution, KRACE plans to expand connections with local medical institutions, strengthen its overseas customer base, and develop medical tourism content. These efforts help boost the global competitiveness of Seongnam’s medical industry.
Through this selection, RnPT takes on a key role in revitalizing foreign patient attraction. The company supports the development and operation of medical and wellness programs for English-speaking foreigners. It upgrades patient service processes, such as reservations, payments, interpretation, and post-care, at local medical institutions using the KRACE solution. RnPT also participates in planning medical tourism programs that link medical and tourism resources to enhance the regional medical industry’s competitiveness. The company plans to support foreign patient attraction through systematic promotional and marketing activities and data-driven improvement.
RnPT also begins preparing for global expansion, aiming to enter the U.S. market in 2026. The company builds its overseas market foundation step by step by conducting medical demand research in North America, forming local community partnerships, applying global payment systems, and advancing its online post-care system. RnPT views its selection as a Seongnam City partner as an important milestone that strengthens the platform’s credibility and scalability.
An RnPT spokesperson said, “The cooperation between Seongnam City’s medical and technology infrastructure and KRACE’s global target strategy improves medical accessibility for foreign patients practically,” and added, “We will also prepare for our 2026 U.S. entry steadily and grow into a global medical experience platform.”
