MDS Intelligence (Co-CEOs Changgun Ji and Jungsung Lee), a core affiliate of AI-embedded solutions specialist MDS Tech, announced on the 24th that its solution RapidAUTO Pro won the Innovation Award in the Future Mobility category at the FIX 2025 Innovation Awards.
FIX 2025 is an integrated exhibition platform showcasing cutting-edge technologies in future mobility, robotics, AI, and semiconductors. Each year, it recognizes companies that present innovative technologies and products through the FIX 2025 Innovation Awards.
This year’s awards were determined by a panel of 26 external experts, including representatives from future industry research institutes, CES Innovation Awards judges, and global investors. A total of nine companies were selected for the “Top Innovation Technology Award” and 21 for the “Innovation Award.” With 195 participating companies and 22% of winners holding international honors such as CES awards, the event’s prestige has grown significantly, according to MDS Intelligence.
RapidAUTO Pro is a model-based development automation solution that incorporates AUTOSAR and ISO26262/A-SPICE requirements. The award recognized the solution’s ability to generate software design data and code-based development outputs automatically, convert non-AUTOSAR software into AUTOSAR structures, and automate automotive software development to reduce repetitive tasks. These features help alleviate developer workload and stress, improve efficiency by approximately 549 times, and ensure consistent quality. The company also proved its originality and technological reliability by filing a patent for its AUTOSAR sequence diagram auto-generation technology, earning recognition for its global competitiveness.
A company official said, “As vehicle functions are increasingly defined by electronics and software, automation based on standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO26262/A-SPICE is essential for rapid product launches and ensuring safety and quality.” He added, “RapidAUTO Pro goes beyond a simple development automation tool. It is optimized for software-centric vehicle development in the SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle) era. It supports MBD (Model-Based Development)-based AUTOSAR application software development and can be used without specialized AUTOSAR knowledge, making it ideal for domestic and international automotive parts suppliers.”
In addition to the award, the practical effectiveness of RapidAUTO Pro has also been validated in the field. A representative from Hyundai Motor Company’s Future Strategy Team said, “We confirmed that RapidAUTO Pro is an automation tool that can be used immediately in actual operations. Its consistency between design data and code-based outputs helps improve quality management.”
MDS Intelligence is working with Jarvis, Hyundai Motor Company’s in-house startup team within its Future Strategy Division, to develop an automation solution based on RapidAUTO Pro. The two sides aim to automate the linkage of requirements, design, and verification, reducing repetitive tasks in operations. They plan to gradually expand their application to establish a practical automation reference that achieves both consistent quality and shorter development lead times.
