LITBIG Showcases Future Mobility with QuadEYE, Drawing Attention with 3D Surround Recording Technology
LITBIG Inc. (CEO Peter Lee) showcased its advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) product QuadEYE at CES 2025, innovatively combining safety and entertainment for drivers and passengers. The system integrates three key technologies: Surround View Monitor (SVM), 3D Recorder (Drive Video Recording System), and Moving Object Detection (MOD), making it the world's first to offer full 3D recording functionality. This lets users capture accident scenes or scenic drives in real-time 3D and replay them from any angle, ensuring safety and enhancing enjoyment.
LITBIG is a leader in embedded system development that combines AI and camera vision technology. The company offers solutions such as 3D SVM, DVR, Driver Monitoring System (DMS), MOD, and smart in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems. These advanced technologies aim to enhance safety and convenience, embodying a vision for the future of mobility.
A LITBIG representative emphasized, “QuadEYE is more than just a technology—it is a comprehensive solution offering both safety and enjoyment to drivers. By implementing next-generation mobility, we aim to create safer and more convenient driving environments for users worldwide.”
QuadEYE uses four cameras mounted on the vehicle’s front, rear, and sides to provide a 360-degree 3D surround view. This intuitive system enhances driver awareness, particularly during parking or navigating tight spaces, significantly boosting safety.
Its motion object detection (MOD) function alerts drivers with visual red boxes and audible warnings when nearby objects or pedestrians are detected. Using AI-based image recognition, the system distinguishes between people, vehicles, and other objects, offering unparalleled precision compared to traditional sensors.
QuadEYE’s 3D recording functionality addresses the limitations of traditional dashcams, which only record front and rear views. By capturing 360-degree footage in real-time, the system offers a comprehensive view of the vehicle's surroundings, ensuring critical details are recorded during an incident.
Designed for seamless integration, QuadEYE can be easily installed into existing vehicle systems. Its hardware, including cameras and control boxes, is available for aftermarket and dealer installation. The plug-and-play design enhances installation convenience and fosters collaboration with retailers, distributors, and automakers.
At CES 2025, LITBIG forged partnerships across the mobility industry, aiming to expand into global markets. CEO Peter Lee highlighted the technology’s utility, particularly in regions with high freight traffic like North America. He noted, “QuadEYE addresses the challenge of limited situational awareness for drivers. Using CES 2025 as a launchpad, we aim to set a new standard for mobility safety globally and continue driving innovation.”
