Nexon Signs Publishing Deal with Tencent for ‘The First Berserker: Khazan’ in China

Nexon (Co-CEOs Daehyun Kang and Jungwook Kim) announced on the 9th that it had signed a publishing agreement with Tencent Games for the Chinese release of its upcoming PC game ‘The First Berserker: Khazan’ (hereafter referred to as ‘Khazan’) developed by its subsidiary Neople.
Tencent Games successfully launched Dungeon & Fighter and Dungeon & Fighter Mobile in China and will handle PC platform services for Khazan under this new agreement. Neople plans to collaborate closely with Tencent Games to ensure an authentic localized experience highlighting the game’s core gameplay for Chinese players.
Chinese users can now add ‘Khazan’ to their wishlist through Tencent’s game distribution platform WeGame. The official service name and release date will be announced later.

‘The First Berserker: Khazan’ is a new game set in the world of Nexon’s popular IP ‘Dungeon & Fighter.’ It features refined, action-packed combat and stunning 3D cel-shaded animation-style graphics. During its previous public demonstrations and tests, the game garnered global attention for its strategic combat, seamless skill combos, and console-optimized controls, positioning it as one of the most anticipated releases.
