Brain Ventures (CEO Wonhoi Kim), a venture specializing in artificial intelligence and natural language processing, recently participated in the 2024 United Korean Founders NYC Start-up Summit (2024 UKF NYC Start-up Summit) held in New York.
The event, organized by Gyeonggi-do and the Gyeonggi-do Business & Science Accelerator (GBSA), aimed to help Gyeonggi-do ventures and startups connect with local investors in the U.S. and explore funding opportunities.
The summit was hosted in collaboration with United Korean Founders (UKF), a nonprofit organization that supports the growth of Korean entrepreneurs in the Americas and fosters the startup ecosystem. Kiha Lee, Founding Partner of Primer Sazze, and Saeju Jeong, Executive Chairman of global healthcare company Noom, co-founded UKF.
Based in Pangyo Startup Campus, Brain Ventures offers diverse AI-powered services, including automated webtoon OCR, AI multilingual translation, video content auto-translation, AI subjective scoring, and product review analysis.

They also support the Pangyo Overseas Promotion Program, which publicizes information about Pangyo’s companies, products, and services to domestic and foreign investors and the media, thereby facilitating foreign investment.
