AI and edtech company i-Scream Media (CEO Ju-Hwan Heo) has taken an aggressive step toward global competition by showcasing its AI-based education solutions at Edutech Asia 2024, Asia’s largest educational technology exhibition, held in Singapore from November 6.

To highlight Korean educational innovation, i-Scream Media set up the largest booth at the exhibition, featuring tools like ThinkerBell, Classtool, the curriculum-integrated quiz solution MINIBOOK, the AI teacher support package AI Box, the coding robot TrueTrue, and the AI digital drawing solution ART BONBON from its group company, i-Scream Art.

During the exhibition, i-Scream Media held business meetings with representatives from government and educational institutions from over ten countries, including Singapore, aiming to expand its global network. Through these meetings, i-Scream Media plans to strengthen partnership opportunities in Southeast Asia and beyond, broadening the global impact of its educational solutions.

At the panel discussion and fireside chat, John Daewon Kee, Head of Global Business, emphasized the importance of providing the content students and teachers need in digital education and the role of AI in creating customized content through accurate diagnosis and understanding of students.

In the roundtable session, Min-Chul Shin, Head of Strategic Planning, discussed the possibilities and ethical considerations of integrating AI with education, highlighting the innovation and social responsibility embedded in Korea’s educational solutions. The discussion included how AI can enhance educational interactions between teachers and students while addressing privacy and ethics issues.
