AhnLab (CEO Suk Kyoon Kang) participated in ‘Tech Week Singapore 2024’ from October 9 (Wednesday) to 10 (Thursday) at Marina Bay Sands & Expo Convention Centre. AhnLab introduced its global strategic solutions and services to cybersecurity professionals in the region.
AhnLab set up a booth at the ‘Cyber Security World’ section, focusing on global strategic solutions. In addition, Sujin Choi, a senior researcher from AhnLab’s Security Intelligence Center (ASEC), delivered an expert speech titled ‘Learning from Cyber Incidents: Real-World Attacks,’ highlighting lessons from real cyber attacks.
‘Tech Week’ is one of Southeast Asia’s largest global IT exhibitions. It features seven specialized zones: Cyber Security World, Cloud Expo Asia, DevOps Live, Big Data & AI World, Data Centre World, eCommerce Expo, and Technology for Marketing.
At their booth, themed ‘AI-Augmented Security. Simplified,’ AhnLab presented key solutions such as:
- The integrated IT-OT CPS (Cyber Physical System) security platform ‘AhnLab CPS PLUS’ includes solutions like AhnLab EPS and AhnLab XTD.
- The next-generation Threat Intelligence Platform’ AhnLab TIP.’
- The SaaS-based security threat analysis platform ‘AhnLab XDR.’
Over 600 security industry professionals from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries visited AhnLab’s booth.
Visitors showed particular interest in AhnLab’s integrated CPS security platform, ‘AhnLab CPS PLUS,’ noting its ability to secure a broader spectrum of systems, including OT and IT environments. AhnLab’s TIP platform received praise for its comprehensive analysis of Asian cyber threats, while ‘AhnLab XDR’ was appreciated for its ability to prioritize security threats, improving operational efficiency.
Attendees also expressed high interest in other AhnLab products, including AhnLab V3, AhnLab EDR, AhnLab EPP, and AhnLab CPP.
On October 10, AhnLab’s senior researcher, Sujin Choi, delivered a speech on ‘Learning from Cyber Incidents: Real-World Attacks.’ She shared detailed analysis and strategies for organizations to defend against similar threats. Local security professionals commended AhnLab ASEC’s threat analysis capabilities.
Sangguk Lee, AhnLab’s Marketing Director, stated, “We engaged in numerous meetings with local companies and institutions, confirming the high interest in AhnLab’s ‘integrated’ security solutions and services. We aim to strengthen communication with Southeast Asian customers and increase our global presence.”

They also support the Pangyo Overseas Promotion Program to publicize information about Pangyo’s companies, products, and services to domestic and foreign investors and the media, thereby facilitating foreign investment.
