FutureMain, led by CEO Sunhwi Lee, recently participated in the Gyeonggi Startup Summit, where it introduced the ‘ExRBM Portable+,’ a portable equipment data measurement and diagnostic tool that garnered significant attention.
The ‘ExRBM Portable+’ stands out for its exceptional portability and the inclusion of the predictive maintenance solution, ExRBM. This unique combination allows quick on-site diagnostics of equipment malfunctions without complex frequency analysis. The device’s ability to support multi-channel data collection from various types of equipment without any limitations makes it a valuable tool, especially in the challenging outdoor conditions of the Middle East.
At the summit, FutureMain underscored the ExRBM Portable+'s one-click automatic fault diagnosis feature. This feature, which allows for rapid diagnosis of onsite issues, has the potential to reduce equipment downtime by over 40%. Its seamless integration with existing monitoring systems further enhances its applicability in the extensive oil and gas plants across the Middle East, providing reassurance about its effectiveness.
With 37 years of experience in equipment diagnostics and vibration and noise consulting, FutureMain has leveraged its engineering big data to develop the manufacturing AI predictive maintenance solution, ExRBM. This solution monitors equipment conditions in real-time, automatically diagnoses early-stage defects before failure occurs, and provides both the cause and solutions for the faults, enabling factories to optimize equipment with in-house staff without needing AI experts or diagnostic specialists.
The Gyeonggi Startup Summit was pivotal in energizing the startup ecosystem, with numerous promising startups sharing innovative technologies and business ideas. For FutureMain, this event was an opportunity and a crucial platform to showcase the ‘ExRBM Portable+’ and explore growth opportunities in the global market, underscoring the event’s significance.
